When will I know who my host is?

Once you complete the questionnaire, our Experience Planners will match you with a host who best aligns with your preferences. You’ll receive an email introducing your host a few days before your experience, allowing time to discuss details directly with them. For the quickest match, we recommend submitting your questionnaire as soon as possible. For example, if your experience is a month away, we can often introduce you to a host within 48 hours of receiving your questionnaire.
