We do what we can to accommodate you with any last minute problems but we also have to be reasonable with our Hosts and 3rd party suppliers (for the booking services).
If you need to cancel your experience, please make sure to reach out to us for direct bookings made through City Unscripted (these booking references start with "CU"). All cancellations need to be made no later than 24 hours before your experience date to be eligible for a full refund.
For 3rd party bookings (GetYourGuide, Viator, Expedia, Airbnb, Klook etc.) please refer to their own cancellation policy guidelines and contact their customer service team for any help of advice on cancellations and refunds.
