Can I change my start time or meeting point?

We understand that plans can change and sometime you need to adjust your booking to make sure that you can keep to your plans! If you've booked through one of our third-party experience partners like Viator or Airbnb, always make sure to reach out to the respective operator that you booked through at least 24 hours in advance to make sure that your booking is updated accordingly - you book through Klook, you'll need to reach out to their support team at least 48 hours in advance.
